Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MealVault account and every piece of data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: From inside the app

Open MealVault on your phone or at app.mealvault.app. Sign in. Tap ProfileSettingsDelete account. Confirm when prompted. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 2: By email

Send a message from the email address attached to your account to zack@nymbl.app with the subject line Delete my MealVault account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within one business day. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

Subscriptions

If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, deleting your account inside MealVault does not automatically cancel the subscription with the platform. Use Apple's or Google's subscription-management screen to cancel it -- otherwise you may be charged again at renewal even though your data is gone.

Family accounts

If you are part of a family group, deleting your account removes your visit records, item feedback, and photos. Other members' visits, even ones where you were tagged as a participant, remain in the family's archive but with your name shown as Removed user.
